If you are a title or closing agent and wish to request an Estoppel or Certificate of Assessment for a property we manage, please complete the information below, taking care to provide the best fax number to return the information to you. There is a $250 fee for the completion of estoppels and condo questionnaires. If your request requires less than 48-hour turnaround, the fee is $350.<\/p>\n
Estoppel update requests made within 6 months of the original request are $100. Anything over 6 months is considered a new estoppel and the full rate above applies.<\/p>\n
In order to ensure timely delivery of your documents, please provide our office with the expected closing date for the property. Please note that it can take up to 15 business days to return a request (statutory limit), although turnaround is typically MUCH faster. We try to accommodate every one of our clients and have a formal tracking system to ensure your request is delivered on time.<\/p>\n
To help our team, please ensure that you submit your request with as much lead time as possible to ensure timely delivery of your estoppel. We do perform rush service in cases where advance notice is not always possible, but we do not regularly work on a rush basis.<\/p>\n
